Winter can be hard for a lot of people…but it’s not for these to two!
Samantha and Travis enjoy skating, ice fishing and snowmobiling so they take advantage of all the fun activities winter has to offer.
So what better way to do an engagement session is incorporating all of these fun winter past-times.
I met up with these two last night In Astorville, at a friends property. It was the perfect location with an ice rink on the lake and some ice shacks in the distance.
They showed off some of their ice skills, from Sam’s ice-skating background and Trevor‘s hockey career.
I love when couples want to incorporate some of their favourite activities into an engagement session, because it makes everyone feel comfortable and leads to lots of laughter and fun to capture. These two were happy and willing to do any of the poses I suggested.
I hope you guys had as much fun as I did with your session; it was a perfect winter night with the temperature being quite mild.
I look forward to working with you guys this August at The Mel Gibson Ranch Company. This is a beautiful location that will be able to do more sunset photos with a different season as our backdrop.
